Sarv Saravanan

Sarv is the Senior Vice President & General Manager of EMC Centers of Excellence in Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ).

With close to 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Sarv oversees operations for all EMC COEs in APJ - currently across Bangalore, India; Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu in China. These COEs play a critical role in advancing EMC’s vision and leadership in Cloud Computing, Big Data and Trusted IT, and in supporting its global growth strategy.

Sarv joined EMC from Microsoft where he held diverse roles, including, Director, India Enterprise Business and MD, Microsoft Global Services Center & Microsoft IT Center India.

Sarv also had stints as Head of Retail Banking Technology for a major bank in the Middle East, Product R&D engineer in an MNC in the US. and Lecturer in Computer Science at PSG Coimbatore.

Sarv has a Masters in Computer Sciences and his interests include traveling, golf and community activities. He contributes to under-privileged children’s education and believes in the power of technology for socio-economic transformation. 




Arun Seth

Arun is the former Chairman of British Telecom India—a position he served for 18 years before retiring in 2012. During his stint, he helped drive BT's leadership in teleoms and IT outsourcing. He has also been the Non-Executive Chairman of Alcatel India.

Arun has been on the Executive Committee of NASSCOM since 2004 where he currently focuses on software products, startups, and their linkage with hardware companies. He was also the Founder Chair of NASSCOM BPO Forum.

Passionate about the NGO sector—Arun serves on the boards of TERI, TERI University and Katha; and also chairs the Fundraising Committee of HelpAge India. In addition, he is on the boards of Domino's India, Cadista Pharma, Usha Breco and Samtel Electronics. He is also on the boards of IIM Lucknow and IIIT Delhi.

A Charter Member of TiE and IAN—Arun is also an active angel investor, and a mentor to many startups. He is an alumnus of IIT-Kanpur and IIM-Kolkata and takes active interest in the alumni affairs as well.



Harsh Jajoo

An alumnus of Harvard Business School – Harsh is the Chairman of CanPack India, the largest manufacturer of aluminium beverage cans – set up as a greenfield project by him for the Poland-headquartered MNC.

Harsh is the recipient of the Maha Entrepreneur Award from the Government of Maharashtra for his exemplary contributions to the industrial growth of the state. Prior to this, he was the Executive Director at Agro Dutch Foods Ltd.

Harsh is also on the Board of Directors of SwiftAnt IT Solutions – a boutique IT services company, and Blossom Industries Ltd - the distillery arm of Khemani Group.

Harsh is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Coach (Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching), Gallup Strengths Coach, Tony Buzan Certified Mind Map Instructor & Speed Reading Instructor, and De Bono Thinking Methods Certified Instructor. He is passionate about giving back to the society as well as creating equal employment opportunities for all.
